The Original Pancake House Oak Lawn

I pride myself on being a very fair and honest person. I don't write negative reviews unless it's completely necessary. And today is the day! I usually dine in at this location with no problems. However their Take-out orders are absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't get through on the phone (ofcourse) so I came in and placed my order. I spoke to the manager on duty and explained to her that I have been having issues with my orders when I pay extra for an ingredient. In this case it's broccoli. I told her that it never fails that when I get home, not only is there not much broccoli to begin with, but I pay for ADDED broccoli and it appears that my request is completely ignored. She listened and told me they would add the broccoli on the side this go round. Yet again, I come home and it's the same issue. I DROVE BACK UP THERE AGAIN and asked to speak with the same manager. I asked why is it that when I dine in here I get satisfactory portions yet take out is less than what I'm paying for...

Food was great. I had the Apple Pancakes they were good just a little too sweet for me but I would definitely recommend it with a side of eggs and bacon. The wait was okay it was pretty busy when we went so the time frame was expected.
