This is only the third or fourth time my wife and I have been to Meatheads but the first time I remembered to write about them. So we went yesterday, and my wife had the nacho cheese fries, along with a chili cheese hot dog, and I had the Texan ranch burger with bacon cheese fries. Now aesthetically, this location isn't much to talk about. The color scheme was a bit drab and I think they need to reconfigure a bit to take advantage of the window views. As for the food, YES!!!!!! Excellent burger...tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and the fries were nice and crispy with the house-made bacon. My wife loved the chili cheese dog and nacho fries, though her fries were a tad bit salty. Though the food was a little pricey, it was at least worth it. The customer service was fantastic! Rhonda (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was the manager and she is great at small talk and making customers feel welcome. I would go back simply to talk to her, that's how welcome she made you feel. So as long as
I love Meatheads! Highly customizable burgers, reliable pricing, and friendly staff. Gotta get the bacon ranch and some Cajun Fries every time.
If you order online/phone add 20 minutes to the time given to you. You may still show up and the food will not be ready. It's weird because every time I go the place is DEAD. Staff doesnt seem to care. Also A bit pricey for the amount of food you get. I would not come back but my 2 infants really like their chicken tenders.
