The food is always delicious but they always seem to have young people running the store. They are very polite but do not know how to handle a crowd. They run out of food and definitely don't plan during holiday or busy seasons. You place your order in advance but when picking up it is never ready on the agreed upon time. I mean hours late. They quickly and nicely ask, "would you like a refund?" They don't anticipate that there will be MORE TRAFFIC at holiday times. Just need more experience in handling the business.
I have been there two times so far and I have experience no regrets with my order! The ribs and pulled pork sandwich are delicious. They give you enough food for potentially two meals or at least will greatly fill you up in one sitting! Just go and enjoy!
The ribs are always tender and seasoned to perfection. The shrimp are large and fried nicely.
