My family and I had a wonderful experience last evening. The staff was welcoming and kind, and our server was attentive and helpful. I usually have to stick to one thing when I go out for Italian, but I found that there were so many options for someone with an allergy to dairy, and I actually got to change things up for once! I will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone from the front, to the servers, cooks, and to those who make sure everything is sanitized and clean for guests to enjoy.
Atmosphere is always great at The Old Spaghetti Factory and this location was no different. We had lunch on a business trip and got there around 2:45. The server was friendly. ...but, they didn't properly drain the spaghetti noodles therefore the plate and meat sauce was soaked in water. The bread appeared to be old and dried out; usually not the norm for The Spaghetti Factory. Then, as we were having our meal we noticed that the busboy was cleaning up the larger table in the middle of the room. He set the table with napkins and silverware; no problem but then we witnessed him spraying cleaning and/or disinfectant around the napkins and silverware (trying to clean in between everything). Did the spray get on the utensils? You make the call! Sick; right?
Great food as always, but the Rancho location consistently messes up EVERY time I order to-go. Last night, I paid $25 for a managers special with a broccoli appetizer. Not only did they originally forget the sides which they had us show them the receipt for before they gave them to us, but AFTER that, the entire broccoli appetizer was missing, as well as the soup cup they gave us being crushed. I love the food here, but make sure everything you ordered is there before you leave or pay!
