The Nook CKMC

We’ve been twice now and both visits were 5*!! The margaritas are best we’ve ever had. The burgers were delish & flatbread was amazing. It’s the perfect location to meet with friends as well. Service was great…McKenna is so sweet. We’ll definitely be back!!

We picked this location because of the proximity to where we were, there really aren't a whole lot of options in Celina! This is a restaurant right next to the pool in the light farms subdivision. Cute and simple decor, they went with a rustic vibe. Really loved the light fixtures! The menu items are rather limited. I ordered the breakfast flatbread, my daughter ordered the macaroni and her friend ordered the salad. Everything was pretty tasty, would have been nice to see more brunch items. They had a food delivery robot! That was pretty fun for us all to see, we named her boo boo kitty. There are a lot of Windows and doors in the restaurant, I did notice a lot of handprints and grubby glass, if I could make a recommendation it would be to get those handled. I imagine this would be a fun spot for the residents to have so close. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m saying 4 stars, but it’s a solid 4 stars and definitely worth checking out if you’re nearby. We picked this restaurant because we were in the area for an estimate and wanted to grab a quick lunch. Food came quick, but overall service and attentiveness had some room for improvement. A real tangible menu would be nice, I know everyone is doing on the phone, but it’s annoying. I wanted to get the chicken pesto sandwich, but they wouldn’t let me remove the artichoke, so that was a bit of a turn-off. I got the street tacos-pulled chicken instead and thoroughly enjoyed them. I ordered 3, they look small, but they are well filled, lots of cheese and chicken and delicious sauce, but definitely could have eaten 4. Hubby got some salads that looked great. I loved the little robot cat server, super cool.
