Tam’s Cafe

I will forever feel emptiness since this placed has closed. The taste the food left on my mouth felt like it was from the heavens, I now long for the taste of the turkey sandwich made at this location with a complimentary drink of coconut milk tea. Every day I search for something to fill the void that has been casted upon me Though I’m sure I’ll never find something that made me feel as complete at the food in Tams Cafe.

I went for the first time today and got the spring rolls and beef banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich). Both were great and good portion size. I went in person to place a takeout order and the service was fast (just about 5 mins), but all made to order. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

We've been in Prosper since early 2019, coming from Houston, TX. Houston is known for some of the best pho. We have tried so many places in the surrounding areas and the pho here is trash, until we were recommended Tam's Cafe!!! We almost cried eating out take out since this tastes like Houston pho. Tam's Cafe is a small mom and pop place with character. We got beef pho and WOW that broth! On point!! The steak was perfect! We also got the fried Eggroll which was delicious with a wonderful crunch. The sauce though was so flavorful- a mix of sweet and spicy. Best sauce I've ever had for fried eggrolls. We Also got spring rolls which were HUGE! Fully packed with a homemade peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was perfection with the peanuts ground up throughout. Flavor of both Eggroll was delicious and authentic! Get both! Their drinks were to die for!! Get any of their teas and of course their iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. Flavor was wonderful. Thank God we finally found DAMN GOO
