Took my mom out for her Birthday. Savannah was our server and she was fabulous! The portions were so generous we each left a few small proteins on the plate. The Wisconsin Cheddar was delicious. We did the Dark and Dulce for dessert and it was amazing. The beverages from the bar were all perfect. The service was prompt. Yes, it’s a long time for a meal, but we had a lot of fun talking while ‘timing’ our skewers. We will definitely go back!
First time at any Melting Pot location. Service was good. Food tasted good. But we thought it was way overpriced especially for having to cook your own food as part of entree. We did not realize that going in. IF we ever go back, which we would only do as part of a group, will only go for the appetizer cheese fondue or dessert chocolate fondue. Will pass on the entree. Personal opinion is that none of it is worth the price unless you just really want the experience.
My wife and I chose The Melting Pot to celebrate our anniversary and am so glad we did. Our server, Daniel, was amazing. Great service with a smile. I would highly recommend requesting him when you go. The food and romantic atmosphere made for the perfect evening. Can't wait to go back
