The Melting Pot

Had a great family dinner tonight. Good was great especially for our daughter’s first time here. Our server Emma was wonderful! She was very attentive and considerate of all my food allergies. She always had our drinks refilled before we needed to ask. Very happy and full! Kid-friendliness: Emma was sweet since it was our daughters first time. She gave pointers and interacted with everyone at the table to make her feel included. Dietary restrictions: They asked about food allergies when we reserved a table. They offered us a table with 2 burners since I have so many food allergies. The waitress knew all of my allergies and was offering to help with the menu. Emma offered to put the fruit I was allergic to on a separate plate. Very much appreciated!

We were there on 4/14 to celebrate our anniversary. Having never been there before, our server did an excellent job explaining the fondue experience and pointing us to the best deal on the menu for our date. When my husband was disappointed and admitted to misunderstanding a part of the experience, our server (I wish I could remember his name!) was very understanding and accommodating. He swapped some items out and saved the experience from feeling ruined! The prices were higher than we anticipated, but the service more than made up for it.

This was our first time to visit the melting pot and we LOVED it! Our server, Timmy was such a huge help as we had no idea where to begin. He walked us through the menu and shared recommendations as well. The food was delicious and there was a lot of it. We will be back!
