The Local Taco

This place we have been enjoying for years. With my parents before I was married, with friends for a casual Tuesday dinner, take out, and today my husband and I came for the first time in a few months with our toddler for lunch. It was fantastic, as always! Truly the best queso you will ever have! We did the local total platter and you need more than 2 people to finish them all ???? Why did I write a review today when I’ve been coming here for 8ish years? Today our waiter was the only one. He and the host were serving food and drinks and they are obviously understaffed on a busy day - Saturday. While the world has returned to normal, the serving industry still is struggling; they took a HUGE hit during Covid and haven’t fully recovered. Be sure to tip well and offer plenty of kindness and grace - we could all use it. thanks LT, we love y’all!

Local Taco was a great stop following a hike at Radnor Park. The tacos were really well prepared and were a great value. Do not bypass The Trio! That queso was outstanding! Margarita hit the spot that needed to be hit. Service was amazing! Ari is as chill as you'd need him to be. Recommend this place 10 times over and will be back soon.

I love the cool taco recipes here! Have yet to try all the different types that sound good to me, but so far I highly recommend the spicy shrimp, hot chicken, and vegetarian tacos! The parking seems daunting at first but it’s actually not bad at all. There’s enough along the side and back. Also the interior is spacious! Definitely need to try this place.
