The Lime Truck Southern California

I went to a wedding recently with the lime truck doing the food. I was absolutely blown away!! I am vegan, and never get to eat at weddings due to meet or fish only options. Not only did the lime truck have options for me, but the food quality was soooo good. Everything was fresh and full of flavors I have never had together before. Absolutely excellent. Refreshing, and savory and healthy- I was in awe. Definitely a fan. Thank you Lime Truck!!!!

My opinion: People are trying too hard these days to be different and stand out rather than just being delicious. Pico de Gallo wasn’t seasoned. Chicken breast is SUPER dry, I would never order that if I knew it was going to be so dry. Pork belly filling was good, but they don’t warm up the tortillas like you’re supposed to and it just fell apart soon as I grabbed it. For a place that only offered tacos as entree, it was a huge disappointment. The sides were not appetizing either. Brussel sprouts, corn on the cob, or chips and salsa. Salsa wasn’t seasoned at all, and the chips weren’t enough to address that problem. The corn had some weird things added to it that didn’t compliment the corn at all, it would’ve been better with only salt, that’s how weird the sauce was.
