Always great burgers and their fries aren't greasy. Fast service considering how popular they are. Seats are a challenge at mealtime so be prepared.
The fries are always cold and soggy at just about every in and out I go to, it's because they put the fries out in the baskets before the burgers are ready and they just sit there getting cold. Yesterday they gave me cold burgers with burned buns, because they were waiting for my coffee so the burgers just sat there getting cold. I finally had to go up and get the burgers and tell them to bring the coffee when it's ready. 40 minutes since I placed my order went by, and they forgot about my coffee. The service is atrocious and this was during the least busy time I've ever been there. Oh and the burger patties get smaller and smaller every day, they are so thin you can almost see light through them.
