The Kitchen

Yummy food. Been visiting this restaurant for many years. Most of the time gor Dimsum. Once a while we have dinner here. The signature dishes here are the deep fry porck knuckle. Looks like this is Macau stlyle dish. The other one is wasabi chicken and pig stomach. Both are delicious. This place is very casual and many item in the menu. All the one we ordered were delicious. Vegetarian options: There are plenty vegetarion options.

Overpriced. Fried rice and noodle dishes are $18 and up. They even charge an extra 50 cents for a glass of water per person. This place is priced like Yak Sing in SF Embarcadero minus the decor and quality food. I do not recommend The Kitchen for dim sum due to the outrageous prices

There are quite a few choices for dim sum in this area. The Kitchen is consistently good. Service during our recent visit seems to be better than before. The waiter gave us a "heads up" about the mandatory service fee included on the bill. We appreciated the transparency which allowed us to tip additionally/appropriately for the service we received. My only minor gripe was that tea was $2 per person which feels a little excessive for the tea that was just mediocre.
