The Juicy Crab Smyrna

I have been here several times. The food is good and waitstaff is great as well. There is a slim black girl in the front who is so rude and so grumpy every single time I come here. The last time I came here I was alone. On this particular day I was seated at a table but later requested my waiter to move me to a booth which he did with a smile. The lady at the front then comes to me and says it’s their policy that a single person can not occupy a booth and I should not request this next time. Number 1: it was the middle of the afternoon and the restaurant was completely dead! Number 2: it was very unprofessional for her to come up to me and tell me that. I was so uncomfortable and almost got my stuff to leave but I already ordered. I understand that is the policy and I have no issue with that, however she should’ve explained that to the waiter who moved me and not to a paying customer who has no knowledge of said policy. I just left this place and I'm so disappointed my server zalayla took 10 mins to Greet us and she had only one table that been there..the whole section was dirty af and nobody attempted to clean it up. We ordered the cheesesticks and our drinks took 11 more minutes to get that and it was cold. That was it for me I told her qe are leaving and she still charged us for everything and we didn't even eat it This location need to retrain their servers and clean up better. Never ever coming to this ghetto place again

HORRIBLE There was hair in my food I told my waitress she just looked at it and said hold on a second so I was just sitting there waiting and I watched my waitress the same one that saw the hair in my food go service another table without letting me know anything!!! Finally a manager walked over well I’m guessing she was the manager she never introduced herself!! She asked if we were ok I then informed her that there was hair in my food she looked at it as if it was nothing and then asked me to place my crawfish on a paper plate she walked away then came back and grabbed my food again nobody is giving me any updates no one is asking me if I want anything else or trying to accommodate me at all!! After 10mins the manager comes back with food and said we made you some more fresh!! I didn’t get any type of accommodation I was upset so I just paid and left and again I paid full price smh horrible service
