Del Taco

9/10/23 I asked for a grilled chicken taco with no cheese and no sauce with only lettuce -when I received the tacos they had cheese on them -I then went back into the restaurant-i was told they were going to fix it-I'm thinking the whole time they remade the tacos-when I got home the tacos were soaking wet so basically they rinsed off the meat that had cheese on it and put it back on the taco shell with lettuce / didn't eat it/this isn't the first time they messed up a order of mine- the receipt has the correct order but obviously the cook isn't paying attention I will not be going back to this location!!!

UPDATE 2: DEL TACO SENT ME A GENERIC EMAIL, NOT MENTIONING THIS ISSUE. THEY DID SEND ME AN OFFER FOR A WHOLE DOLLAR OFF FOR MY NEXT ORDER! ???????? I ordered a chicken and fries box and received two pieces of chicken in a box have no idea what happened to the fries. I also ordered a brisket and fries and never received that! Ordered a vegetarian lime and cilantro rice burrito and got uncooked burnt rice have no idea how they did that and tasted no lime no cilantro. Was supposed to receive a taco as well did not receive that either. Have no idea what's going on with Del Taco. Used to be my favorite place to go. Tried to contact Jason McFarland who is supposed to be the district manager, that's a joke. He does not return phone calls I have been trying to reach him since June of 2023 we're now in October and he is not bothered to contact me back regarding the experiences I've been having which have been very negative! Looks to me like Del Taco does not care about their customers anymore l

I visited this location today and I'm very disappointed not to mention I wasn't given a receipt. I ordered 2 beef toca the shell seem stall and they had no taste. Ordered Carmel cheesecake bites those were practically burnt and bitter to taste outer shell. I tried to eat it but couldn't. Also, ordered nachos that were tasteless and I found a long strain of hair in it. Overall, it wasn't worth my visit nor the money I spent.
