FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! SERVICE WAS AWESOME!! We went on a night that they were short staffed, and my food was so good and my waitress, Shay was so polite and helpful. I got the snow crab it was amazing!! Hands down best crab i’ve had. I would go everyday if I had the money.????????
On the fence with this place. Way better then wild crab. Diva was our server. She was pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. Food was very slow this visit, 40 min. Flavor was sort of lack luster. Our food was overcooked and a bit tough. The oven bag was melted and hard to open. More training is needed in the kitchen. Hostess was not a great greeter. I would visit again and hope for a better experience next time.
Me and my husband enjoyed our first visit to newly open Hiram Juicy Crab location! Paola was very attentive, courteous and gracious while also showing us great Customer Service!!! We'll definitely be back to support again!
