Started out with not being able to choose the area we wanted to sit. Felt very uncomfortable where we were seated. Ordered the 3 for me. No cheese on the burger. Order came out with cheese. Sent back to be corrected. They took the corrected burger to another table and that customer said that's not mine. Took it back to the kitchen window where it sat for a while. Finally warmed the burger and brought it to me. The burger had been handled so many times that it was mutilated. I chose to not accept it. The manager on duty tried to assure me it was a new hamburger but I just didn't feel safe eating it and asked for it To be removed from my bill. The 3 for me is $10.99 I was charged for the soda and side salad. A total of $7.99. All around bad experience.
Generally, the food isn't a hot with me personallu. I was quite disappointed when they stopped serving their assorted soft shell tacos and only just shrimp tacos. Those were absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed them, as well as the sliders.
I am upset. You took my chicken Crispers away. But l love the Manger an Carrie out girl. They were so sweet and fun. I was there 6-7-2023. . You need to keep them . The Manger helped me with my food selection. She really made me feel like she cared. Thank you . Sincerely Linda … More
