The Halal Bros Of NY

Recently checked this place out for Chicken Over Rice. During this pandemic, I was laying off from my local carts. This place was nice and clean and practiced Social Distancing. I was overall very happy I came here to pick up food. Staff was very helpful and kind. Food was totally fresh and tasted great. Good portion size. Tasted both meats , lamb and chicken. Both had good flavor to it.

Had not been there in a few weeks but I had been going there for years because food has always been good. (Perhaps it's under new management for I don't see the same people). But yesterday I went there (30 minutes from my home) & ordered 2 lamb over rice & 2 fish over rice. My husband & I ate it when I reached home. Shortly, We both looked at each other & asked, 'Why did the lamb meat taste old & was mushy?' He tossed his aside & said he couldn't eat it. But I was hungry & ate most of mines. A few minutes later, my stomach was on fire! I'd been fine the whole day. I had to go vomit it up & immediately felt better. I don't normally write reviews, even when I'm displeased. But they recently raised their prices and the quality was poor. Very disappointed & won't be returning

Very great place to go to for a late night meal im glad they’re open late and the night shift workers are all always so nice and friendly. Akash my man!! Always such a friendly guy, I come here at least like once a week because of him
