Ordered something on the app and they couldn't find the order when the order confirmation number is right there. Then when they found it they proceed not to call my order when it's ready. They didn't even say anything to me at all while I was waiting in front of them for 15 min! Keep in mind the time passed the pick up time by 15 min already. The last kicker? They were short on one fries that we ordered. Get some training on the mobile app and do better please!
Something has changed. Usually I get my veggie burger in a black container on top of a wax paper. This time they wrapped it and left it on the tray. I would not mind if i was not paying 15 dollars to eat at a fast foot store. Maybe they are trying to cut cost and raise prices. I like the place but time to rethink eating out.
They've got a great hamburger! Really enjoy! They also know how to cook fries right! Highly recommend ????
