Excellent sequel to the Parish. Drinks are tasty (I had "Instant Hit" and "Honeydripper"), appetizer was awesome (Texas Poutine) and "the Big D" for entree. Large enough to split with my husband. Somewhat limited menu. Some of the cocktails come in interesting glasses. We ordered the watermelon brisket and the trout. The watermelon definitely had the brisket flavoring and was cooked well. If you've never had it, the texture is a bit like eating sashimi. Served with a good helping of potatoes and corn. The trout was moist and flavorful. Can't remember the name of this cocktail, but it came in a fancy peacock glass/vase.

Monsoon oysters mignonette was extremely spicy which ruined the savoriness of the oysters. Excellent presentation though. 3.5/5 Kool aid pickles I love anything served in a mason jar. Just don't like my lips burning from spice. 2/5. Popcorn. Amazing. Super savory cracker jack. 15/5 Dr Pepper Tritip. Main ingredient was salt. That's the predominant flavor thoughout the dish. Just salt. All you can taste ..0.5/5 Pollinator- Excellent salad. Nothing was wrong with this. My favorite were the blackberries Watermelon brisket. Meh. Not extraordinary. Not horrible. 2/5 Our waitress was good and polite.
