Today was the first time I have ever dined at the Crepevine in Altamonte Springs and I was completely blown away. Not only did the staff wait on me with care, but the owner went out of his way to make sure my meal was amazing and even recommended different meal combinations to suit my palette and believe me it did not disappoint!! My crepe was so delicious that I even got upset at myself for not having gone to try this spot sooner! I will definitely be back next week as I just can’t wait to try all the different flavor combinations of crepes and other recommendations that this great staff had to offer! This place really is something special and exceeded all expectations!!! Five Stars all day!!! Love it!!!
It doesn't get better than this place. I love watching them make the fresh crepes. The dessert ones are to die for! The Gilberto is a classic but there's other options on the menu and you can make your own with whatever you want. Standing on it's own are the lunch/dinner crepes as well. The shredded roast beef is so good! I love the Cajun remoulade sauce. There's also a lot to choose from but the Cajun is my go-to. It's got a tasty heat with a bite. It's also located in a great spot. You can eat inside or at the patio. Also it looks like an upcoming new taco place is being built next door. I could say so much more about this place but you should just try it yourself.
The crepes itself are on the thicker side. The savory crepes are hard to eat since all of the toppings are diced small so everything just falls out. The sweet crepes are yummy but again, a bit hard to eat without a fork and knife. The assembly station didn’t seem too sanitary (like same gloves with savory and sweet toppings) at a glance.
