McDonald's

Went in to location on a Saturday evening around 730 pm. They had nearly every set of table and chairs closed off with yellow tape like the police used and the only 3 places to sit that were being used. I made arrangements to meet someone there and I was gonna sit and eat in the meantime. I ended up having to stand and eat my meal in the front of the restaurant which was pretty busy and I felt out of place. I asked a worker about the seating and was told in a rude manner that they don't want people hanging out in there. Long story short, I won't be returning to that location.

This review is only based on one experience from Sunday evening of last week. We pulled in and saw one unnumbered mobile parking spot, so we checked in with our mobile order. I waited 10-15 minutes before going in, then stood at a mobile check in counter for a few minutes, but nobody came to me. Finally I walked over to a young man with an order that looked like ours. He informed me that he was looking for me in another area with mobile parking. He had no idea the mobile space we parked in even existed. We ordered ice cream, but no spoon or other silver where was provided. They also mixed up the type of sauce that we ordered.

We ordered on the app and went through the drive through to pick it up. Our car had several people in it, all with different, but simple, orders. We made sure we had all sauces, customizations marked on any special requests, and any extras needed. We got to the window and waited for about 4 minutes until someone opened it and asked what our order was. Getting everything for all 3 orders was a nightmare. They didn't give us the drinks, sauces, and the items that were customized were made wrong. They had switched our orders up so some food for one person was in my bag and half of my bag was for the other person! Lastly, it took about 5 minutes for us to all request which sauces we wanted, and the employee was irritated at the end. Definitely the most chaotic fast food experience ever. Parking: Small parking lot, difficult to maneuver getting in and out of the parking lot if you're driving. It's a tight squeeze and awkward when it's busy.
