Came here for lunch after noticing this new restaurant in the Forum. Walked in and was immediately and warmly greeted by Adikus who explained the menu, concept, and the ordering process. After that was just as warmly greeted by Rai at the register. She was very friendly in explaining the different menu options, the various heat levels, and answering any questions. I recently came back from Nashville, so was curious on how it would compare to the original Hot Chicken Sandwich. I ordered 2 Chicken Sandwiches with different heat levels to taste their definition of hot. Ordered 1 sandwich at medium and 1 sandwich at Texas Hot. For the sides, ordered the Dragon Fries and Texas Caviar. Within 10 minutes the order was brought to the table. The Chicken Sandwiches looked great. Very generous portions of chicken as they were topped with the cole slaw, pickle, and served between two warm buns. Chicken was very crisp, juicy, and not drowning in sauce.
