The Cheesecake Factory

It is disappointing to our expectations on this visit. Food was not professionally presented. Those shrimps were prepared sloopy ( the photo was taken the moment the food delivery person dropped off to table). Greasy spots around the plate with some oily fingerprints. The presentation of this dish is rushed out of the kitchen production line). Noisy. Probably, I got seated close to the kitchen entrance(will not accept this again). Servers dropped off plates, utensils without care. There is lots of unnecessary noise, and the drop-off point is just so close to the entrance of the kitchen doorway. This is just one of those considerations for a beautiful establishment. I regret that this visit was not as amazing as my previous visits. Pay attention to details instead of letting standards fall.

Took my daughter here to celebrate that she made Honor Roll but unfortunately we didn't have the greatest experience. 1. Our appetizer mozzarella stick didn't have ANY cheese in them only 1 2. My daughter's pasta was super hard that she couldn't even eat. 3. Waiter was the greatest I completely understand he's busy but he didn't check in 4. Food wasn't all that I had better Only giving a 2 start because cheese cake was delicious.

First of all, the food was very good. I had the chicken Madeira and steak combo, while my wife had the orange chicken. Both were very tasty and had a very nice presentation. The staff was great. Our server Monica, never let my glass of water get low. However, this location has gone down in quality over the years. The decor looks old and fading, there’s paint chipped all over and it just feels dirty. The ground was covered in trash and food pieces, our table was dirty and chipped/stained, and the walls are filthy. While I do recommend the food and cheesecakes, we had the Pineapple Upside Down cheesecake, this location has questionable cleanliness.
