The Cheesecake Factory

It's going to be super packed during peak hours so be ready to put your name in and wait an hour or two unless you're a party of two who will still wait, just not as long as a party of 4+. If you have 6+ in your group you're guaranteed a 2hr wait so put your name in and enjoy shopping around for a long time. The super slow service attributes to the long wait but that's typical Cheesecake Factory style. It's like they train service staff and cooks to go as slow as possible so that it appears they're always busting at the seams with an influx of customers when the truth is they just don't turn over tables in a normal amount of time and this location is no different. The food, if it comes the way you ordered it is the same at every Cheesecake Factory and the typical commercialized, industrial food that's prepared somewhere, frozen, and shipped to all restaurants so don't expect to be amazed by freshness or home cooking. We went last nite to celebrate and Celeste was the best. A wonderful smile can make or break an experience and she was a terrific server in all sense of her title. The food was enjoyable and the table was clean. The wait was an hour but we managed. My only draw back was the noise level with music on top of that. It was mildly chaotic. However, the front receptionist kept the lines going and an hour wait felt like a half hour. Kudos to Celeste for making it worthwhile and a very pleasurable experience. Give that lady a raise!

First time eating here, and it was nice. Went on a weekday in the evening, and it was packed. Luckily, I made reservations and waited only 10 mins. Ordered dinner and received it in 15 mins. The decor was beautiful and the restroom was very clean. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful . Very affordable. The reason I gave 4 stars was because my potatoes were burnt. Other than that, it was a great evening. They also have vegetarian options. Our desert was delicious .
