A group of colleagues and I had the pleasure of dining at The Cheesecake Factory. The restaurant was busy, but we only waited less than 10 minutes for our group of 6 to be seated. The food was delicious. I ordered a Mexican Tortillas Chicken Salad. It was delicious and aligned with my dietary needs. I highly recommend The Cheesecake Factory in the Polaris Fashion Place whenever you are in the Columbus area.
Popped into The Cheesecake Factory on an afternoon whim after a Dr. appointment. Delighted it was happy hour as we saddled up to the bar. Our bartender, ____, was cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered drinks and apps from the laborious menu selection …. The servers were quick and played along with our antics. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to a Cheesecake Factory, the Polaris location delivered .
Things started out ok, waitress was cordial in beginning, brought our drinks and then disappeared. Appetizer and food were brought out by wonderful people however our server Crystal didn't seem to engage with us or be too concerned with our comfort. I did notice her going over to the table behind us several times, offering them refills and making sure their meal was perfect but she just kept passing by our table without a glance. I don't like to be ignored and that's what Crystal did. The food however was excellent! Customer service was mediocre and lacking . I was very disappointed.
