Food is always goood! Love their food and ice water! Always love noodles and company place ! Also, affordable, healthy meals! ????????????
Wow apparently budget cut happening in this place. I went to a different noodle & company in Iowa 2 months ago, they served us in a big plate and in here….in a freaking plastic bowl?!? The portions were smaller than we had in Iowa. We’re very disappointed to be honest. And from the picture, the Japanese noodle bowl supposed to come with dumplings, yet the reality it didn’t. Oh one more thing….please have those employees clean up the trash area once in a while, it was piled up so high last night, we were confused where to put our “plastic bowl” after we done. The pad thai and mac n cheese were delicious though….i guess that’s the good thing.
This location gets orders right maybe 50% of the time. It’s really annoying. Sometimes we order spaghetti dinners for our children when we’ve had long days at work. We sub the noodle for something that we don’t have to cut for them, usually rigatoni. On 4-5 occasions within the past 6 months or so, something was wrong with the order. A side was missing, milk was missing, or the noodle wasn’t subbed. It costs 20% of the total cost of the kids meal to sub the noodle.. so it’s extremely frustrating to give this location money for nothing. Not to mention it’s not super easy or convenient to request your money back. It’s happened too many times. I’m done ordering from this location. If you can swing it, the one on maxtown/state street does a much better job.
