The service was my fav thing, our waiter was very kind last night, they also sang HB to my mom in law, and somebody from the staff came to apologize for the food coming late and offered us a treat. So kudos to them! Appetizers were great, the fried crab wontons and street corn. My entree was not that good to be honest, it was a salad with the grilled shrimp as a topping but I only saw 4 of them :(, $8 for 4 shrimps... But everyone else was happy with their meat entrees so the meal was good overall.
The Cheesecake Factory is place you can always do with friends and families. The Aventura mall one is always buys, but they manage well. The service starts from the hostess front desk. They always friendly and helpful. They always keep the restaurant nice and clean. Their foods are always well balance and tasty. They have so many choices on their menu. We always recommend others. We give them 9.8 out of 10 ????????????????????????
The food is good, great portions, tasty. The service is attentive and efficient enough. Our waitress was very attentive and mindful. However, the LADIES restroom was longer something from out of a nightmare. Perhaps the cleaning staff were on strike. IDK. It was BAD.
