Contini Pasta

My husband and I discovered this amazing little jewel of an Italian restaurant right across from the Aventura Mall AMC Movie Theaters and we were blown away! The menu is simple but, complete with the perfect selections of freshly made pasta, pizza, panini, insalate, special entrees and desserts! We had the made to order Lemon Chicken Picatta and the Margherita pizza. Both were high quality and delicious!! They make the pastas fresh there and you can certainly taste the difference! To finish, we had their tiramisu and it was one of the best we have ever had. The prices are surprisingly moderate and service is pleasantly fast. Our waitress, Julia was super helpful, attentive and cheerful. The owner, Italian speaking Dennis was friendly and informative! We highly recommend eating here and we hope Contini will be a big success. It definitely deserves to be.

We found this place just by looking up restaurants in the mall and we were not disappointed! Such a great place….the food was delicious and so fresh! The chef mentioned everything was homemade and you could tell the difference from just average Italian restaurants. We got 2 pastas and pizza, all was spectacular. Not just some boring pasta with boring sauce, it all had flavor and the pizza was amazing. Prices were perfect as well! This is definitely our new spot!

This is a REAL Italian restaurant! I came here to get something healthy and quick before a movie. I got an arugula salad with smoked salmon. My son got a veggie panini. My salad was as good as the one I had in Venice, Italy on my honeymoon. The salad was perfectly seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil. It had 3 generous pieces of smoked salmon in it and a large piece of soft buffalo mozzarella. It also had kalamata olives and capers. It was a good size and I thought about taking half of it to go, but didn’t want to take it into a movie. My son got the veggie panini. It was super yummy! It had breaded eggplant, tomatoes, arugula, buffalo mozzarella and a yummy dressing. I’m not a huge sandwich person, but I tried it and I loved it! He also had a Peroni and I got a glass of white wine. Without the drinks it would have been under $20 each. I would definitely return.
