So server super polite and helpful. Very nice. However I ordered a steak medium well. It came out raw. It was very tough to cut and even chew. (Barely cooked) and it made me want to throw up. They did offer to cook it. Which was very nice. However he asked me to cut it to check color and it was like sawing into something and not a good quality steak. I used to love this place. First time here with new owners not impressed. My daughters plate looked like dog food. It was some meatloaf everything but the kitchen sink thing. Covered in fried onions. (Which was the only good about the plate) and I can see why they covered the meal cause it was not appealing at all to look at. It will be a no for future visits too expensive for bad food. And there was no offer to reduce bill by even $5 even though by time they brought the steak back my party was done eating and we were ready to go. Really good experience at brass rail. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich (pictured). Not only was it huge, it was very very good. I would definitely get it again. The Cajun fries were also plentiful and very tasty. Atmosphere was cool, and a touch noisy, but I was sitting close to the bar. Service was great. Win for brass rail, I'll be back.
Great steak. Wine, friendly staff. Butcher cut steak in-house cooked to perfection. Great for family and friends gathering. No screaming kids desired...that's my opinion. Ruins ambiance.
