The Incompetence of this location is mind blowing. I will never visit this location agian. Time after time they get orders wrong. If I owned this location I would be embarrassed. Don’t bother contacting ownership they offer coupons but don’t send them.
Customer service is awful. Very rude and short when interacting with the staff. Its almost comical because it's exactly how you expect an overview dramaticize encounter in a movie to be. "What you want?", when ordering and then just hand off the bag to you without a word. Do better, my god.
EXTREMELY slow service. I sat in the drive thru between pay window and the pickup window for 10+ minutes. Rather than having the car at the pickup window pull into a parking spot to wait they allowed them to sit there. When I finally got to the pickup window the employee did not know my order. I had to wait again. No apologies. No explanations. Nothing. This has happened repeatedly at this location. I don’t know why I keep coming back.
