The Blacktop Grill

This was my first time here and the menu looked good, ambiance was nice and friendly staff. I ordered the steak torta with side of elote and an apple pie float. The apple pie float was amazing!! I would order it again. The downside was the steak torta. It was served on a potatoe(?) bun, versus a toasted bolillo bun. The toppings were not amazing, lots of lettuce, but the steak was good. The elote was tasty at first then I started to see brown soggy kernels inside. Overall I would come again for the float and maybe try something else for my main.

Im boutta put everyone who works there in my will. This is the best food I’ve ever had. Get the elote fries! I could literally feel the endorphins going off in my brain when I ate them.

Best eats!!!! In town. A must try, especially if you just want to try something new and exciting. On my first visit, had to try a little bit of everything. And let me just say.... NOTHING on this menu will let you down. Costumer service was superb and got to meet the owner, one of the most down to earth human beings. So highly recommend this place.
