Pros: My lady loved her first experience there and the food was delicious, especially the sweet potato pie. The staff was very courteous with serving us. Cons: Maybe because it was late in the day, the vibe of the restaurant was very boring i.e. no music. They serve to-go plates dining in, which is a no-no for me, and there no condiments/napkins on the dine-in tables.
Me and my husband first time going there for dinner this evening. I will NOT be back. I pray i do not get sick. I had the catfish dinner and the fish was extra crispy and part raw inside. Definitely not worth the $45 we paid. So disappointed ????
I don’t mind paying more money for good food, but the quality has to match. I’ve been told to try “The Beautiful Restaurant “ and today I finally did, only to be disappointed. The fried chicken was horrible, old, almost like it had been fried multiple times. I also ordered the baked chicken. They too seemed like it was fried and then put in some gravy. They should be shame to serve this.
