Every staff member I met was awesome. From check in at the hotel to late night drinks at the bar. Brunch was delicious too. Couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend.
Ruined anniversary and gross public health and service issues. We went here to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered two appetizers and two entrees. First they brought out a chicken sandwich and we asked if we could please have our appetizers first. The waiter apologized and took it back and brought out our appetizers only to be followed by the chef coming out and angrily giving us our two entrees immediately. Both entrees were cold and we had to ask to get napkins. We never did get silverware but it didn't matter because I found what looked like a short curly hair in our food in what I assume was an intentional act. We ended up leaving all the food at this point and left our anniversary dinner hungry and disgusted.
Overpriced bland food. They should take as much care into making their food as they do into pouring the water. We were only given 2 menus and 2 sets of silverware for 3 of us. No big deal except our server kept disappearing which made it difficult to get a third. She continued to be absent for most of our meal even though there was only 1 other table with guests. Ordered the tacos & a pasta dish. Even though the portions were very small compared to the price we couldnt finish either dish because they were so terrible. It was so terrible that we ended up going to The Yacht Club afterwards to eat a second meal.
