Delicious, though very pricy (think Chicago prices). I ordered a $10 piece of salmon with my salad and it was about half a piece of your average piece of salmon (about 4oz). And the size side salad is about double the price you'd pay at most other restaurants...So if you're looking for value for price, I'd give this place 2 stars. But I knew I'd be overpaying for what I got ($18 for the side salad and salmon), and it was good, so I'll give it 4 stars.
Food and drink were fabulous! The peppercorn biscuits were a nice flavor addition to the standard Smell the Flowers cocktail was a perfect summer drink
Great service and most of our meal was excellent. Burratta was tasty and the bacon was the best part. Ask for more bread as they add a lot of oil for bread dipping. Fried smelt was too fishy and not crispy, dissapointing. Main courses were amazing. Tuna was cooked medium but flavors were perfect and not overly spicy. Tasted the short ribs and they were rich and had deep flavors/spice. I would return again, for sure.
