The Alden

Absolutely amazing experience! We were celebrating our anniversary at the Alden. The service was excellent and the food was super delicious and full of surprises. Most dishes in our tasting menu were Asian inspired and we really enjoyed it. Some combinations of the ingredients were very unique and innovative, and the flavor was complex and rich. I believe the chef must spend a lot of time and effort designing the menu. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely come back to try more things.

My wife and I had a fantastic anniversary dinner at The Alden recently. The food was amazing and the service was terrific which feels very rare these days. We had the Kim Chi Farm Egg and Chicken Katsu as well as the September Salad and an interesting blackened fish called Tautog. We shared the pumpkin crème brûlée. I highly recommend this place.

The Alden is my favorite restaurant in metro Atlanta. Chef Jared Hucks is a master of his craft and creates wonderful dishes that showcase his global culinary background. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great meal in ATL. Chef Jared has trained at several 3 Michelin Star restaurants globally and brought all of his learnings back to his hometown, and opened up the Alden to bring world class dining to Atlanta. You can eat á la carte in the patio or main dining area, or have a seat at the chef’s counter for the tasting menu. I recommend trying both experiences. The tasting is my favorite in town, and Chef Jared does an amazing job of explaining each dish to you. You have a front row seat and get to see all the action— from your meat getting grilled to Jared finishing and plating the dish right in front of you. It truly feels like a Michelin-level chef is cooking you a meal in his home. The menu changes seasonally, and every month is a new experience. My favorites ar
