Playa Bowls Chamblee

The Cashier: We were pleasantly greeted by the cashier. She answered our questions and was able to tell me the healthiest. The pictures on the wall are colorful and warm. On a warm spring day this healthy bowl truly hits the spot. I had the Hemp Bowl. It was cold, healthy, and delicious. My daughter had the Nutella bowl, and my friend had the Tropical bowl. Each loved their options. The portion size is perfect. The ingredients blended well together. Instead of a sundae, banana split, Italian ice have a playa bowl. You will get a great taste without the unhealthy calories.

Horrible experience. The smoothies are tasteless and there is no manager onsite. They refuse to issue a refund or remake the item even when they have taken the product they made back. I purchased a smoothie, took a sip, and it had absolutely no flavor and didn’t taste good. I let them know that I would just get my usual bowl and call it a day. They took the smoothie and proceeded to try to charge me for the bowl. I told them I would not be paying for a bowl when I returned the smoothie, had only taken a sip, and had not received what I paid for. They then told me they couldn’t remake me something or issue a refund, even though they took the product. The staff even stood in the corner giggling about the matter. Save your money.

I've been to this location 3 days in a row for these bowls... It's been my new favorite mid day treat! The staff here have all been very friendly and super helpful with recommendations... The 2 flavors I've had have been ones they suggested I try.. and I've been loving it!!
