By far THE best Thai food in Beaverton Oregon, possibly even the Portland Metro Area. The variety of spices and impactful flavor literally bursts on your tastebuds. Every single plate has amazing presentation and great portions, definitely enough to enjoy yourself and to share. 10/10 every single time with the waiting staff, the flavors and the consistency of the food.
They have good happy hours. Papaya salad was spicy. Rest were perfect for spice level. Recommend this place.
Fast, friendly service for a weekday lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating available. We ordered green curry and cashew chicken - the thing that I liked was the veggies in both dishes were not overcooked and still had some life in them. Flavors were excellent. I thought the spice level was good if just a touch low but we were not asked what spice level we wanted. Perhaps they can accommodate if you ask, but not sure. I'd probably give Thai Bloom 4.5 stars if I could, so a very good place to go.
