Decided to have birthday dinner at Friday's, hadn't been since covid.. Had the best waitress named Faith who was on top of everything that we ask for and taking our order. The food (Sizzling Chicken (& Shrimp) and Cheese) wasn't the best...chicken was dry and the Shrimp was in a red pasta sauce....but thanks to Faith, we had a good time. Thank you Faith for help me celebrate my birthday with Ice cream, a song and napkin card!!!????
Excellent food and wonderful waitstaff! The food came out quickly and was perfect. I got the steak and it was cooked exactly how I like it and was seasoned well. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Ordered from there on June 20th, specifically Whiskey glazed chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Sides were fine. Started eating the chicken and the first few bites were ok. As I bit into a thicker piece, the chicken seemed too chewy and tougher. Decided to try another piece to make sure it was just that "bite". Same thing happened but was worse and chicken was cooler. Turned on a brighter light and phone flashlight and I saw "pink" immediately. Neither chicken breast was done completely. Unfortunately the chicken "juices" and sauce had touched the other food so everything was contaminated. Contacted them and spoke with the "manager" and explained the situation; gave order#, name etc and was assured I'd be refunded. Was told to give it few days. No refund. After several attempts to let them know I never received it and to be eventually told that they couldn't find the transaction, I NEVER received my refund. NEVER eating there again.
