Panera Bread

So I’ve visited this location on several times and the food is very good when it’s done right. However there were some downers to this location. There was older grey haired guy who took our order he needs to be retrained in customer service! Their bathroom is disgusting I had a take out order so I didn’t sit, but the inside was filthy. And my wife found a hair in her sandwich. I can’t go back there the idea of it turns my stomach.

They were all out of the soup we ordered on the Kiosk. No big deal, sure we were disappointed, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue we had was not being able to easily get a refund and get all of it back. She wasn’t able to give us a full refund of everything we spent without getting anything. We won’t come back to this location, and will be hesitant to ever tip at any Panera again.

Food is alright, went during a non rush time so it wasn’t busy. This location seems a bit dirty, tables not clean, beverage dispenser dirty/not stocked and also the bathrooms were disgusting (trash overflowing, dirty floors, dirty walls and the toilets were a mess). I’d debate the cleanliness of the kitchen…
