Service was slow. Which I would understand if the restaurant was full but it wasn't the case. Food was delicious though. Didn't like the drink. It tasted like medicine to me.
Located at the Dolphin Mall, this restaurant sits adjacent to the mall amongst a host of other restaurants. Overall a great set up. Since we dine at TGI Fridays in our travels, this experience was by far the worst we’ve experienced thus far. First, let me say that The staff was wonderful. Due to resources, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Didn’t matter we were part of the Stripes Rewards program as VIP members. What I found ironic is that to be so understaffed, employees (Manager included) still found time to be on their cellphones and just congregating in common areas nonchalantly. The food. We had to send back and get a new Caesar salad because the lettuce was brown, and the burger ordered medium-well was so pink. The 2 stars go directly to our waiter who remade our salad herself, went back and made sure the burger was done properly, and consistently checked on us. I can only imagine what the place is like during prime time.
Worst experience of my life!! Spent 10 minutes waiting for the host, another 15 to be acknowledged sitting at the table, and an hour waiting for food. Had ordered appetizers which got here 5 minutes before my entrée. By the time my food got there, I had to ask for to go boxes, because my appetite was spoiled. Got home and my steak is med-well, NOT medium, as I asked for and the receipt states. Will NEVER come back...go to spend your hard earned money at PF Changs next door, or Texas De Brasil...They're never a disappointment!! Btw I'm a Certified Secret Shopper and Merchandiser. NEVER again will this location have my business!! I rather go to McDonald's.
