P.F. Chang's

I went last Saturday to this location. The waitress was wonderful. However, the food was not. I found a hair in my fried rice. I got the wrong order, I got Honey Shrimp but received chicken instead. Also, when I go to other P.F Chang locations, they give the side of white rice in separate bowls. Yet, in this location I received two sides of white rice in one big bowl. Which was so unrefined, mostly for a elevated casual dining restaurant like this. To add on, the manager barely handled the situation of the food. He was a tad bit incompetent about it, knowing well he should have implemented corrective action in the kitchen immediately, since this would be a health hazard for anyone.

Went withe family as we haven't been there in a long time. Food was good, miss those lettuce wraps lol, but service was average. I can't blame the waitress as she had 2 big parties of over 10 people but the food took very long time to come in. One of the appetizers we order never made it to our table but it was on our receipt. Food came in in waves so we couldn't eat together. The worst part was the main plate came in but they only deliver the meat but no rice...really? It took like 15 minutes to bring the order of rice. By that time we already ate the meat. We were at the restaurant for 3 hours during a week day ( it wasn't full by any means) so you can have an idea of how slow the service was. We we a party of 6 so no even a big group. I don't know what has happen to PF Chang's but this doesn't motivate me to go back. It's a shame as PF Chang's was one of my favorite restaurants few years ago.

Servers were very friendly & attentive, but the drinks & food I ordered were lacking in flavor. My wife had the cucumber Lemonade (a mistake, don't waste money to try it), we order the Dumplings as a appetizer very good. And then we got the Fried Braised Short Ribs and the Singapore Street Noodles. Although the portions were generous, there really was not enough seasoning. Thats the reason for the 4 stars
