Decided to stop by and have a few drinks as I was staying in a hotel nearby. I had the Barbados rum punch and they were strong enough. The bartender was cool. I had no complaints.

We visited this location twice in the time we were in Charlotte. It is extremely convenient being in the same space(a parking lot apart), for folks staying at the hotel. This place needs some help, in all aspects. I realize with Covid that many places lost staff. The first night we went was a disaster. It took 30 minutes to get seated, then the waitress took our drink order, after at least 15+minutes of waiting at our table. More than once, it took over 20 minutes to get the drinks to our table. One time, we never even got the drinks we ordered. The waitress disappeared after we got our food. I stopped another waitress because it had been over 30 minutes and no waitress. We were informed that the waitress was MIA!!!! This was not only a shocker but a serious breakdown in customer service. Out of convenience we visited the next night to get dessert and drinks.
