Stay away! Food sucks (taste and needless up charges) and so does the service. Walk in and the hostess acts like you owe her something…if you’re mad, be mad at your employer, not innocent customers. It wasn’t even busy and yet the food was horrible. Got their “famous” cookie and it was raw and burnt at the same time…they just need to close down already. Never again!

I used to come to Cheddars in TN growing up with family members for special occasions & wanted to come by today before heading out of town for the funeral of one of those beloved family members. Waited on the host to get up from sitting at a booth to come around. Another gentleman & myself ordered to-go in the bar & waited 45 minutes for our to-go orders - were the only 2 people in that entire side of the restaurant. My order was a salad & appetizer fried shrimp… ordered at 11:10 & received at 11:50 with a completely dead restaurant. To make the best of the wait, I asked to please order a margarita while I waited & was told “No bartenders are scheduled til 2PM today sorry.” So this location doesn’t even have a full staff available. This was my first time coming back in more than a year bc this place is usually like this - long waits for no reason, phone just rings, that sorta thing. No one even working in the bar area or behind the bar. Felt like an unwanted annoyance, won’t be back. P

Chicken tenders and honey butter croissants were amazing! I was a little underwhelmed by the fries and broccoli cheese casserole, not to mention the time we spent waiting for our server to come back, but I am sure that their being understaffed is what is to blame.
