TGI Fridays

Customer service was horrible. I placed my order via phone, the guy that took order was very rude and after or was placed, he abruptly hung up the phone. After I picked up order, everything was over cooked and cold, I threw the whole order away. Burnt potato skins, over cooked chicken and a missing item. $76 wasted! I am disputing the entire transaction with my bank and I'll never do business with them again.

The service was great and the food was good too. I ordered a side salad and got fries but nbd, it was a large table and they gave us special accommodations to make that work. Convenient place to get good food downtown, plus they have a nice bar too, if that's what your in for.

The day we went to the restaurant my son And I were starving. I can say we didn’t eat all the food. My steak was so small if you can see in the picture. The mash potatoes tasted like instant mash potatoes. The one you just add water. My son pasta was bland and the thing that you see in his plate is bread, but tasted as bad as the food. The only things I recommended here is the beers and mozzarella sticks. They are the best thing they have.
