My wife and I love Texas Roadhouse. The service is always great. Tommy is a phenomenal manager and Brittney, our waitress today, was excellent. The steak, though, was twice overdone but they took care of us!
During a late lunch here we had Elijah (Eli) as our server. He was great... Very attentive, anticipated refills, and not one error on our order which had some specific requests. Very pleased with his service.
This place is a little loud, but the food is delicious in Racine. Haven’t been to any other ones but definitely a great location. The food is always very good. The service is pretty much excellent! The only thing I don’t like is that they change their butter for their shrimp. It is kind of a creamy butter. Don’t like the taste of it would rather just have melted butter next time I’ll ask for that. Their steaks are delicious and their onion blossom is amazing. Five stars for sure. The only complaint I have is it was my husband’s birthday and I told them and they completely forgot it. I couldn’t remind them again as he was sitting right there. I actually let our waitress know whenever I went to the restaurant. She said she would take care of it, but somehow overlooked it completely. Wasn’t real thrilled about that though.
