Texas Roadhouse is our go-to spot for family celebrations. Andrew was our server and he was AMAZING!! Great personality, service, and so sweet to the kids joking and playing with them. Really appreciated that extra touch. Rolls were being served on a roll. Very attentive!
Well after the TRH fiasco by the race track (hwy114/35 access road) we decided to go to a different one and i guess we just have bad luck. lol i guess we just give up. Waited on rolls and refills for 20mins, the food took an hr to arrive. Manager came by and told us the waitress never put in the order. Food finally arrived amd the steak was great, my sons burger was pretty good and my burger was good but both my sons loaded fries and my reg fries were way over cooked and the cheese on his was like hard rubber. My mom said her baked sweet potato was way over cooked also. Always love the atmosphere here but the service needs a lot of help. @ this point i feel like i seem to just leave bad reviews but i am always 100% honest and i have 100's of good/great reviews also. Recently has just been rough finding good service & food, maybe it's the shortage of people willing to work idk.
