Red Lobster

Just had a horrible experience here, The lobster tails we were served had gray meat and slime throughout, out of the two replacement tails only one was good, the other had the same issue. The crab leg meat was yellow, I gave up on finishing the meal. Our server was great and the food issue was not her fault but bad food ruins the experience. I have also emailed corporate with the issue.

I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in quite a while. They rolls are as good or better than ever! The food was just average. The flavors were good but the fact and oils used to get their flavors is a but much. The pasta had a layer of oil at the bottom of the bowl. They dont offer fresh fish of the day and cooked any way. You can only choose from the menu items which are all combo dishes. 2 people, no appetizers and waters was $60.00. That seemed very high for me. Maybe a 10% food costs. They really need to offer a better experience for those prices. Parking: They share parking with another restaurant but there is lots of space to park.

My wife and I eat here at least once a month. The parking lot is under construction right now, so parking in the front of the building is difficult. The building and grounds are always clean and well maintained. The interior is ALWAYS clean and inviting. The staff is committed to making you feel welcome, and happy to serve at all times. The food ? Always excellent, and prepared to order. The value exceeds the quality at all times. We'll be back real soon.
