Texas Rib Shack

Pricey for the portion. This was my $16 plate + a tip. The meat is good but come on bro. Not saying I should be able to feed a family but be reasonable a little.

My experience at Texas Rib Shack: We put in our order of the dinner combo ($16) all is well. A very nice gentleman gives us a sample of 2 new vitamin drinks. Very good by the way. We purchased the mango strawberry one for $10 (a bit pricey). I see another man sorting the meat he was going to place in our box and then folded up the rest. We get our order and I decide to taste it while we make a pit stop at a convenience store. The flavor is amazing! BUT... it was mostly fat. Very little meat. I called up the store to let them know and the guy who answered asked me for my cell number and said he would send me something by text to make up for it. That was about 2 hours ago. Hope his word is good. I gave them 2 stars because the taste was good but also because of the way the guy purposely picked out the pieces of fat he wanted to give us. Unfortunately we won't be back. The owner Chef Wayne was truly amazing along with his family got to sample the brisket and ribs and catfish sandwich delicious portions were more than I bargain for. Thank You Chef!!
