It's a chain, but they are well run, nearly chick fil a level of happiness. Easy to have a 'sensible meal'... it's way down my list of places but they do what they do well.
Twice I have ordered delivery from here and both times they have messed up my order. They seem to purposely leave the lemon chicken soup off my order and give me a salad instead. Even though I've called and confirmed they have the soup on the menu. They also sent me two carbonated waters as my drinks instead of lemonade. Lastly my daughter's grill cheese was on hamburger buns turned inside out. Extremely disappointing service. I'm not sure what is up with this particular location but it's not up to the standards I'm used to seeing from other Taziki's locations.
We go to the Taziki's in Vestavia even though it is further to travel. There is a clear difference in service and quality over the Taziki's in Hoover. We have enjoyed our two visits and we will return.
