Taste of Soul Giant Egg Roll

The Egg rolls are not "Giant" but they are longer than the regular ones and a little bit wider. There is no Soul Food here. I didn't like the egg rolls because the cabbage wasn't cooked and it was long and stringy. It was like eating hot coleslaw. The cabbage should be shredded then diced, that way when you bite them the cabbage isn't long and hanging like mozzarella cheese. The chicken was small processed chicken cubes or something. The Fried Chicken Wings were some of the best I've ever had in my life. I will always come here for the wings. You get 4 large wings and rice or fries. Please order the wings. You won't be disappointed. With your order you recieve a card to visit a Church and I love that they did that. The establishment is small and homey. staff is nice and friendly It's a great place to have a small party. Check them out. Your food is cooked to order so if you're pressed for time just call ahead.

I'm sold, This only and best place to get Giant egg rolls. I had the Turkey which was good but I also tried The Philly egg roll. The taste grilled green bell peppers and cheese was the winner my first time in the shop. This place is located close to Tinker of Sooner and 29th Street. It's must try.. more than once!!!

I had checked out a couple of more reviews from some of my local guide friends. They all seem to be pretty favorable. We were looking for oriental food, and I saw the egg roll, but I should have known better when I saw the word "soul" in it. My wife and I both had the egg roll combo. It comes with rice and a drink. The rice is a chicken fried rice. It's definitely darker and has a slightly different taste than regular Oriental fried rice. I found it pretty good. I'll just leave it at that. The egg rolls were very different. I had the bacon and chicken egg roll. You could definitely tell it had that flavor. The other egg roll was the red cabbage and pork. It didn't have much taste. Overall, I would say that I would rather see this food at the State Fair. The building is small, but Pleasant. There is a huge mural on the wall. It is done by a good graffiti artist. If you go by and try it, do the Cheesesteak egg roll. I did not want it but the lady brought it out for us to try. I have to s
